Japan expects 200 billion for the reconstruction

Reconstruction after the devastating earthquake and tsunami in the Japan, about 23 billion yen (although 204 billion euros) are needed and therefore more than previously thought according to new estimates by the Government. Of this amount, 19 billion yen should be issued over the next five years, according to several newspapers in the country report.
